Cooking Instructions:
- Oven Cooking: Ideal when cooked from chilled.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6).
- Remove all packaging and giblets. Place the turkey on a rack in a roasting tin, season if desired, and prick the skin.
- Roast for 40 minutes per kg, plus an additional 10 minutes.
- Allow the turkey to rest for 10-20 minutes before carving.
Safety and Storage:
- Store raw poultry separately from cooked foods.

- Refrigeration: Keep between 0°C to +4°C. Use by the date indicated.
- Freezing: Freeze soon after purchase and within use by date. Use within one month.
