Can I return my order?
We welcome returns only on unopened and unused products and groceries. Fresh and frozen items are non-refundable. However we have a very open and flexible return policy, therefore please contact our customer service for further queries.
What are the payment methods?
We accept payments from all major banks and banking societies. All our transactions are made using our trusted third party payment partners Paypal and Stripe.
Is cash payment available upon arrival?
Unfortunately we do not accept cash on delivery as a payment option.
Do you accept cash payment or card payments upon click and collect?
For any orders on onlinemeatshop.com to be valid we require an order confirmation. An order confirmation is automatically issued once payment has been registered on our platform prior to the pick up. However if you have made previous agreements with one of our stores or our customer service team then please follow the instructions given by the representatives.
I have subscribed to a monthly box: when will I get my meat?
All monthly deliveries will be made on the date your subscription started i.e the day of your first purchase. Possible delays may occur due to stock limitations or non-business days deliveries. Should your delivery date fall on a non-working day your goods will be shipped and delivered on the next available working day.
Can I change or choose what is in my monthly box?
At onlinemeatshop.com we offer flexibility for our customers so we accept changes to your monthly box if the changes are made minimum a week before your next monthly box is due to be delivered.
Can I change the delivery date?
Changing the delivery date is available and should be done minimum a week before your next due delivery date. In order to change the date, please inform our customer service team via WhatsApp or email.
How can I stop my subscription?

Is your meat and poultry halal?
Our brand, Noori halal butchers was founded in 1994 and since then we have been proudly only selling NON STUNNED HALAL MEAT. We make sure all are supplier are verified and none of our meat is modified in any way shape or form.
Where does your meat come from?
90% of all the meat at onlinemeatshop is sourced from certified British farmers. We may buy certain products from outside the UK such as our goat and other rare type of meat which are not widely available in Britain.
How long can I keep a product before consumption?
We recommend meat and poultry to be consumed 1 or 2 days after shipping. However if you are not going to use the product within this time span we recommend freezing it, hence keeping its fresh properties for up to one month.
Can I use more than one promo code in a single order?
At onlinemeatshop you are allowed to use only one promo code per order.
My promo code doesn't work... What do I do?
In the event of your promo code not working, please contact our trusty customer service team via WhatsApp or email and they will assist you with your issue.
Can I get discounts if I refer your website to friends?
